Here we have the most common “Question and Answer” for a Venice photographer.

Do you travel for work?

Yes of course! We travel a lot and we love it! We have already worked in London, Paris, Vienna, NYC and many more! Don’t worry if you’re searching for a photographer in Italy and you live like in Canada, we may not meet in person but we can have a Skype call.

Can the photographer also make a video?

No, we can’t. But don’t worry! To have an high-end service we can do only one thing at time, so doing two important things like video and photos at the same moment it is not possibile. But to offer you the best possible service, we have continuous collaborations with professional videomakers.

How far can you travel for work?

Our studio is based in Venice, in the Northern Italy, but we are very closed to Treviso, Verona, Garda Lake and only few hours from Florence, Tuscany, Como Lake, Switzeland and Rome. We have already worked in many parts of Italy, England, France, Austria and in the USA.

Do you ask for a deposit? How it works?

Yes we ask for a deposit. When you sign the contract we ask the 30% of the total. One week before the wedding or photoshoot we ask another 30%. The remaining amount has to be paid at the delivery of the photos., It is all written in the contract we’ll send to you!

What kind of services do you offer? What are your rates?

We offer various photography options to find the best solution for you! You can hire the main photographer (Valeria) or request the services of other photographers depending on the style you prefer and how much you want to spend.
We also offer video+drone filming, wedding album and prints. Based on your request we’ll send our brochure with our tariffs and a bespoke estimate on your needs.

Can we have RAW files?

No. The RAW file is a file that needs to be processed and managed by a software and that is not delivered without modification. The photos you see on the site are all processed so the files you see are not like the raw ones that came out of the camera.
Being “Seta photography” the owner of the photos also, delivering a raw file leaves the possibility to others to make changes. For these reasons, we prefer to send only jpeg files processed according to our style.

Will you give to us all the pictures you take?

For small photo shooting we make a selection to give you the best shot. For events and weddings we do a selection to cut double or bad pictures, but yes, we’ll give you all your photos!

How much time do you need for the delivery?

It depends. Delivery takes place between one weeks for small services like proposal or couple shooting, and three months for events and weddings. We will send a message to inform you when they are ready and we give you the link to download all the pictures.
